Nathan Sinclair is recognized as one of the finest Australian guitarists of his
generation. In 2004, Nathan took 1st prize in the Australian International Guitar
Competition from a field of over thirty national and international performers.

Since then has been featured in the Australian Guitar Magazine, and played on
national radio and television. In 2004 Nathan Sinclair was a guest performer
with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra in Mahler’s 7th symphony.

In 2005, Nathan was a soloist at the nationally televised Australia day concert,
and in February supported international superstar Sting in front of 6000 people
at the 2005 Leeuwin concert.
In 2005 Nathan also made his professional concerto debut with the Queensland
Symphony orchestra performing Rodrigo’s famous Spanish work Concierto de
Aranjuez. In 2005 Nathan was given the honour of giving the opening recital at
the Darwin International guitar festival- a festival which attracts some of the
world’s most accomplished guitarists. Nathan Sinclair has been a finalist and
prizewinner in international competitions in Japan and Singapore and Spain
where he was a finalist in the Joauquin Rodrigo international music
competition. In 2006 Nathan’s music and profile as a young performer was
featured on ABC Classic Fm’s ‘Rising Stars’ program.

In 2011, Nathan was signed by Yamaha music international as one of their artists.
